(Salvo's Story) With Kairos, a handful of graduate students in half a dozen states, with no budget and no sense of what was and was not possible (or acceptable), created something that caught (and continues to catch) peoples' attention. As Fred Kemp has said on a number of occassions, sometimes it is important to leap before you look. After all, if I knew the consequences of becoming managing editor of Kairos, I might not have taken the first step. |
