Although we were a computer section, computers were never made an issue in our class. No one ever had many problems with them--Will told us how to use them and we did. Nevertheless, I realize now that the fact that we were a computer class was crucial to this project. By using computers it was much easier to access, edit and correct the copy. Had we used purely hard copy, nothing would have gotten done. ..Yes it’s true--computers were essential to this class, yet if we had not produced Mice Tales I never would’ve realized exactly how helpful they can be.

Diane Wachenheim now teaches in the same NYU Expository Writing Program and classroom that she wrote these words in...we are already hard at work on our l998 4C’s session about Generations of Electric Teachers and Students.
