I gained knowledge not only from reading others’ comments but by commenting on theirs. I saw the different ideas that each person had in responding to the same assignment that we all had. The variety of topics in our essays was amazing. Besides gaining new perspectives on things (though I’m still not sure what Will means by “hypertexts”), we also learned from each other’s mistakes.
