Communication Scenario
A member of a community lending group enters microloan payment
information into a database using her mobile phone. She receives
confirmation of the data entry through SMS message (which she cannot
read), as well as through an audio recording. But when her phone cannot
be recharged due to power outage, the communication device (mobile
phone) and medium (digital media) are not usable.
