Components/Modules



One of the benefits of portfolios is that they can be tailored to individual class needs. However, most portfolios have similar components:

Essays/drafts

Reflections/journals

Teacher observations/comments/assessment

Diagnostic "quiz" covering skills, beliefs, and/or knowledge—usually completed at the beginning of the course.
