As an educator, I was struck by how slow the institution seemed to change. I was also struck by the institution's apparent inability to meet what seemed to be reasonable requests for accommodation. Now as a faculty member with a research agenda and a small budget to administer, I recognize the institutional pressures that accompany any change, and the glacial pace at which change seems to occur. Yet the students' anger and frustration is real and I have tried to represent those feelings in this web.
