Inactivity

In one sense, information in cyberspace can be viewed as inactive. It resides in computers in the form of electromagnetic information known as bits. Although this information cannot be physically viewed, it remains suspended untouchable. Yet, this is based on the premise that substance is actually available. In other words, in cyberspace, active information is a pre-requisite for the inactivity to occur. Granted this printed concept is sort of cloudy, but it contains merit.

Consider a chat room: When two users are communicating with one another, they are operating through electronic information contained in bits. This information meets in cyberspace through electronic networking. Yet, if no information was available or transmitted, there would be no cyberspace.
