Some students have an easier time with being in a
state of confusion:

You're already going and you're already learning. I figured out
a great deal of mine when Laura used mine as an
example in class. But I don't completely understand it. I think
by the end of the projects we will completely
understand how the texts relate, or as close as we're going to
get to completely understanding. I think as far as
audience goes, we shouldn't worry about it. I think the target
audience should be ourselves. We need to be
really interested in what we're doing, and have the desire
through these hypertextual tools to figure out how all of
these things relate. For instance, Laura was interested in Ted
Bundy but didn't really have much of an idea why.
But she had the desire to find out, and she did.
