One of the simplest of interactive technologies for users, email listservs remain popular in our professional communities as a means of (to name a few functions) keeping in touch with colleagues at different institutions, of sharing ideas for programs, research, and the classroom, of monitoring response to articles in general-interest and professional publications, of keeping up to date on technology.
