Opening Log Doh: so what are we supposed to be talking about today? Doh: our website? chan: either the collaborative project or the hypertext one amanda: yeah amanda: hypertext chan: ... Doh: so... chan: does anyone have any ideas? Doh: are there topics to choose from or something? amanda: adam's not here today chan: I dunno Pete: i am not sure what to do for the website amanda: Are we supposed to use the homework postings that we've already done? Dr. Worrall said something about that. chan: I think the assignment is on webx, but I am not totally sure either Doh: I don't know, ask dr. worrall Pete: we can discuss whatever we want Doh: are you recording this pete? chan: that's what I said.. Pete: yeah Pete: so i am not clear on the web assignment chan: me either amanda: There are some examples posted now amanda: there are three Doh: basically Pete: i have seen them, but our teacher does not think they are good Doh: it's like the collaborative thing we are doing Pete: so i don't want to look at the examples and get a bad idea Doh: except we make a webpage around it Doh: so we need a question Doh: about something Pete: we do our own webpage right Doh: yeah amanda: well we can get some good ideas from them. amanda: everything about them isn't bad Pete: so what do you guys want to do for the webpage Doh: we need a question Pete: well we can do more than one thing amanda: what for? the coll.? Doh: it can be about anything Doh: but it still has to be pretty specific I think Pete: so what you want to connect paradigms with technology, and identity chan: but general enough to have subtopics and sub sub topics Doh: what topics do you guys like? Pete: technology the best Doh: I like stuff about tech Pete: i don't like paradigms Pete: so we will do technology and what? chan: I think we will still have to address paradigms.. but not everyone has to work on that part of the page Pete: ok, that sounds good Pete: paradigms and technology go together anyway

Pete: when need to decide what the paper will be narrowed down too, i mentioned in my posting about how record companies are sueing napster, and mp3.com cause of the bootlegging music Doh: well, we have a topic...
