When the workshop is over, it is time to let everyone know about your results. The positive impact of your workshop will occur on different levels. Teachers will teach differently. Technology will become a part of curricular planning, and learners will be affected in the classroom.

I. Develop Ideas for Collaboration
During or after the workshop, encourage research from your fellow faculty members. This will allow you and your department to further examine the impact of technology on student learning and faculty teaching. Develop ideas to facilitate collaboration among fellow faculty members with similar research goals.

II. Examine Technology Outcomes
Follow up your workshop by pursing research possibilities. This will allow you to further examine the impact of technology on student learning and faculty teaching. Research could be as simple as reading current literature devoted to teaching with computers or as complex as designing a formal study.

Share your technology workshop experiences with others at regional and national conferences. Contribute to your field of expertise and share your findings with others. This will allow others to learn from your methods and provides a platform to showcase your work.
