Much of the power and attraction of the World Wide Web lies in
its transactional potential, specifically in its ability to
connect people for communication. I invite readers of this
article to dialogue with me and each other through an
asynchronous conferencing facility resident on the Webserver at
Ball State University. I have posted there several starter
questions that have particular interest for me and that I invite
special comment on. Of course, any responses, queries, or
comments are welcomed.
