Introduction to Technical Writing
Students in the Introduction to Technical Writing course participate in a process-based group project in which the final product is a web portfolio comprised of a public service announcement, a problem report, and instructions. Each group chooses what type of PSA to produce based on audience and audience analysis tasks built into the daily work of the class.
