I am looking for scholars to write 1500 word essays discussing themes and characters in Chaim Potok's The Chosen. A $200 fee would be paid per essay (upon delivery); essays would be due no later than March 21, 1997 (if you are unsure you can make this deadline, please do not respond to this CFP.) Essays should be aimed at a high school student audience; guidelines and sample essays will be provided to contributors. The essay will be published in a CD-ROM project and bylines will appear with the essays.
