Negroponte's informal, clearly written, down-to-earth prose makes
Being Digital a pleasure to read, but his message about the possibilities
that technology provides is even more delightful. While not blind to the
dark side of technology, Negroponte's joyful enthusiasm for the
possibilities that a digital world promotes is contagious. For Nicholas
Negroponte, "being digital" is believing.
