Little stories are crucial; they develop in the local, by us and for us (without losing sight of the need to understand Others as concrete individuals: fill in the maps with other local stories). They offer the opportunity to recognize the immersion of each of us in the politics of living. We're no longer dependent on some global, all-seeing perspective to guide our actions, but can instead look to ourselves and each other.
